Angie's Banana Bread

This recipe is a girlfriends Favorite banana bread. It bake up on the darkside but is very good.

I have also made this with white chocolate chips and reduced the cooking time to 40 minutes.

Ingredients

4
ripe bananas, smashed
1/3 c
butter, melted
1 c
sugar (can substitute with 1 cup splenda)
1
egg, beaten
1 tsp
vanilla
1 tsp
baking powder
pinch
salt
1 1/2 c
flour
1/2 c
chocolate chips
1/2 c
nuts

Step-By-Step

1With wooden spoon, mix butter into the smashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg, vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture, mix thoroughly. Add the flour, mix thoroughly. Add the chocolate chips and the nuts last.
2Pour into 2 8"x4" loaf pans, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool 1 hour before slicing.
