Ingredients

eggs
1/2 c
salad oil
1 c
sour cream
1 c
cornmeal, yellow
3/4 c
cream-style corn
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1.5 tsp
salt

green onions, chopped
4 small
jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c
grated cheddar cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients except cheese...add half the cheese.

Pour into a well greased 8x12" pan and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.

Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
