This bread is delicious and makes wonderful holiday presents for neighbors and friends. The recipe makes 6 loafs and bakes in #303 cans or small loaf pans. The recipe was given to me many years ago by a good friend. Everyone loves this bread. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 c
sugar
2 c
flour
1/2 c
oil
5
eggs, beaten
2 c
pumpkin
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
nutmeg
1 tsp
baking soda
1 c
nuts, chopped
2 pkg
coconut cream pudding mix
6
#303 cans or small loaf pans, greased and floured

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix together sugar, flour oil, eggs, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda.
2Add pumpkin and mix well.
3Add nuts,oil and coconut cream pudding mix to mixture.
4Pour mixture 1/2 way up in 6 #303 cans or small loaf pans, greased and floured.
5Place cans or small loaf pans on cookie sheet.
6Bake 45-50 minutes.
7Remove from cans and cool.
8Wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator.
9Enjoy:)
