Ingredients
| 1 lb | cheddar cheese shredded |
| 1 lb | monterey jack cheese shredded |
| 1 lb | sharp cheddar shredded |
| 12 oz | sliced jalapenos drained (i get the tamed ones at walmart) |
| 1 can(s) | evaporated milk (12 oz.) |
| 1 c | self rising flour |
| 2 | eggs |

Directions
Combine all shredded cheeses in a large bowl. Place half of the cheeses in a sprayed 13x9 pan. Layer jalapenos over cheese mixture and then top with remaining cheeses. Beat flour, eggs and evaporated milk til smooth. Spread over cheese mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool for about 20 minutes before cutting.For variations I have added minced onion,crumbled bacon or ham.

These will surely send one's cholesterol through the roof!!! But boy wouldn't you die happy!!!!! Thanks Nancy!!! I always have more j. peppers than I can handle and I found out last year, J. peppers do not freeze well!!! I did make several J.P. rope. I'm going to try to make pepper jelly and can which both are new to me, so I might yelling for some help..
