I normally make this on rainy days...
When it's a winter or rainy day I serve it cold.
When it's not rainy or winter I serve warm :)

Ingredients

1 Cup
yellow cornmeal
1 Cup
flour
1/3 cup
sugar
4 Tbs
baking powder
1/2 Tsp
salt
1 Cup
milk (whole or 2%)
1
egg (beaten)
1/4 Cup
vegetable oil

1#1:Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees
