Gram B's No-Knead Refrigerator Rolls

My family loves hot homemade buns when they were here. So my Gram B recipe shows that my hands do not have to knead bread. To have wonderful tasting rolls.

Ingredients

1 pkg
yeast in
3 Tbsp
warm water
½ c
crisco
½ c
sugar
1 tsp
salt
1 c
warm water
2
eggs
4 c
flour

Step-By-Step

1Beat two eggs and mix in the other ingredients.

2Add yeast mixture. Stir in 4 cups flour.

3Stir until well mixed. Cover and place in refrigerator for several hours.

4Pinch off as needed for the rolls or crescents. Place on greased sheet to raise.
When raised bake five to eight minutes at 425°.

5This dough keeps well in refrigerator for about a week or so. I double the recipe so that I have plenty to use for other meals.
