E-Z Old Fashioned Potatoe Rolls

prep time Does NOT include rising time. That time depends on how warm (not hot) the area is you are proofing them (letting rise)
Seems like a lot of cooks are unnessarly intimated by making breads.. This recipe is very easy and forgiving.

1 c
warm water (not hot)
1 1/2 Tbsp
yeast

MIX AND SET ASIDE.. THIS IS YOUR WET MIXTURE.

2 Tbsp
butter, unsalted,melted
2 Tbsp
sugar
1
egg
1 tsp
salt
1 c
pulp from cooled baked potatoe

MIX UNTIL SMOOTH... THEN ADD WET MIXTURE AND MIX WELL THEN ADD:

3-4 c
(ap) flour, a little at a time

ADD FLOUR (1/2 C. AT A TIME )UNTIL DOUGH FORMS AND IS SLIGHTLY STICKEY

TURN OUT ON FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEED JUST UNTIL NO LONGER STICKEY, SMOOTH, AND SPRINGS BACK WHEN POKED.

DIVIDE INTO 16 PIECES AND ROLL INTO ROUNDS, WITH CUPPED PALM AGAINST HARD SURFACE.

PUT ON BUTTERED BAKING SHEET(S)... ALLOW TO DOUBLE IN A WARM PLACE

ONCE RISEN, BRUSH WITH ADDITIONAL BUTTER

BAKE IN A PREHEATED 400* FOR 13 TO 15 MIN .
