My aunt made this bread for a family gathering and I couldn't get enough! I had to have the recipe. Now I make it for my friends and they gobble it all up!

Ingredients

1/2 c
butter, softened
1/2 lb
monterey jack cheese, grated
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1 can(s)
chopped green chiles
2 clove
minced garlic
sourdough bread

Step-By-Step

1Mix the butter and the cheese.
2Add the mayonnaise, green chiles, and garlic.
3Spread the mixture thickly on slices of sourdough.
4Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
