Ingredients For chefville bruschetta

4 slicerustic wheat bread

3 lgheirloom tomatoes

4 - 5 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 bunchbasil, fresh

5 ozbalsamic vinegar

1 ozolive oil, extra virgin

1 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspblack pepper

red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
How To Make chefville bruschetta

1Toast wheat bread & cut each slice into 4 pieces.

2On a cutting board, dice the heirloom tomatoes & mince the garlic. Tear up the basil to release its flavor & add this, along with the heirloom tomatoes & garlic, to a bowl. Next, add balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt & black pepper. Lightly toss & let it sit for 20 minutes. Add chili flakes if you like it spicy!

3Toss the bruschetta mixture lightly once more & then put a large spoon full on each wheat bread toast.
