Caramelized Onion Biscotti

Lindsey McCue

This is a wonderful twist on a biscotti! I found this recipe in an italian magazine and they are often requested by my husband and his work crew!

The caramelized onions bring out a wonderfully sweet and buttery goodness in these savory biscotti's. They would go great dipped in a nice warm homemade soup! Yum!
