1Raise three frozen bread doughs in a slightly greased bowl(with very little olive oil) drizzle each loaf with olive oil, cover and allow to rise until doubled in size. Punch down, seperate into three logs knead into three logs and roll each in grated parmaseano/regiano cheese and italian herbs. Braid. Preheat oven to 400 bake 30 minutes, test. If when you tap on it, it's hollow sounding, it's done, or test like a cake with a long toothpick and it comes out clean.
2I found that you can season each log with whatever flavors you like. I've done course sea salt and pepper and grated my own cheese with other herbs. If you grease the bowl with butter and roll the logs in softened butter, I use cinnamon and sugar. You can also use two logs.
