1In a large bowl mix salt and wheat flour together and slowly stir in water to the flour. You want the batter to be a little thinner then pancake consistency. Make sure there are no lumps. Lit it sit for about 5-10 min.
2Heat flat pan on stove and put one tsp on olive oil to pan and on top of oil pour one ladle of batter and use later to spread the batter in a clock wise motion. Once the bread is at the leave of thickness you like Let it cook. Add one more tsp of olive oil on top of bread when it looks dry and flip over. You want it to be golden brown color. well cooked with spots on both sides. It is ready to eat with any vegetables, chutney, sugar and butter mixed together or plain! Enjoy!
