1combine all dry ingredients in a bowl ..combine eggs,oil,milk, vanilla add to dry ingredients - Stir until moistened.
2bake in a greased -preheated corn bread skillet -I use small scone shape while the skillet is hot I pour the batter .
3bake @ 375 for 20-25 mins. Serve with honey butter
4Honey Butter : 1/2 cup butter (soft) ,1/4 cup honey , 2 tsp. grated orange peel , 1/4 tesp. cinnamon . place butter in a bowl with electric mixer until fluffy slowly add honey to whipped butter until smooth - stir in cinnamon & orange peel .

very good. thick batter. 13x9x2 pyrex pan worked well. i preheated the pan with a little bacon fat in it. i love the crust you get.
