Ingredients

1/4 lb
double smoked ham,sliced
1/4 lb
hard salami, sliced
1/4 lb
provolone cheese,sliced
1/4 lb
mozzarella cheese,sliced
1 clove
garlic,crushed
1/2
green bell pepper,chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 pkg
pizza dough

Step-By-Step

1Follow directions on package for pizza dough.(or make your own). Roll out pizza dough.Brush with olive oil and spread garlic on top.

2Layer on top smoked ham,provolone,green pepper(optional),salami and mozzarella.

3Roll dough with all ingredients into a large log.Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and let stand 10 -15 minutes. Bake 25-30 minutes in preheat oven to 375 degrees,or until golden brown.Let cool for 5 minutes and slice.
