Self Rising Flour, Make It Yourself

I rarely use self-rising flour so I don't like to keep it on hand. This recipe makes 1 cup of fresh self rising flour and you can double or triple the recipe as needed.

Make it right when you need it and its not taking up a canister or going bad in the paper bag.

Recipe came from my former college roommate who teaches Home Ec.

all purpose flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Stir together all ingredients. Double or triple recipe as needed.
