Pumpkin Bread

When I make this bread I have to take some to my daughters job for all the workers they love it. This recipe makes 3 loaves of bread and it freezes good.

Ingredients

3 1/2 c
all purpose flour
3 c
sugar
2 tsp
baking soda
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1 1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
ground nutmeg
1 c
vegetable oil
2/3 c
water
4 large
eggs
1(15) oz
can of pumpkin

Directions Step-By-Step

Stir together flour and remaining ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.Diviad batter evenly among 3 greased and floured 9-x5-inch loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted into center of each loaf comes out clean. Cool pans on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack
