Family Tested & Approved
In mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water
Add sugar salt and half of flour. Beat throughly for 2 mins.
Add egg and shortening. Beat in gradually rest of flour until smooth
Cover with damp cloth. Place into refrigerator for few hours or over night .
Grease and flour muffen pans . Shape into 3 small balls and place in each muffen cup .
Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes or til golden brown
