Look no further for a very moist and delicious banana bread recipe!

*I normally use the foil loaf pans but today I experimented with my AS SEEN ON TV BROWNIE PAN SET.

Ingredients

2 c
all purpose flour
2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder (fresh is best!)
2 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
salt
1 1/2 c
white sugar
1/2 c
vegetable or canola oil
1/2 c
melted butter
1/2 c
chopped nuts
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
2 c
mashed very ripe bananas (4)
3
eggs

Step-By-Step

1Spray loaf pan with Pam or similar. This recipe makes two loaves if using foil pans (NOT the mini sized ones)
2Mix all dry ingredients first. Make a well in the center then pour all liquid ingredients.
3Blend together well. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan about 2/3 full. Sprinkle additional chopped nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees until done (approximately 48 minutes)
