- garlic or onion salt

- melted butter
1Place bread cubes in a large, low bowl
Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cubes begin to dry
2Sprinkle with flavored salt and toss with melted butter to coat evenly.
Microwave on high for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring each minute, until crispy and dry
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
