2 c	self rising flour
1 c	flour
3 Tbsp	sugar
1-12 oz	beer of your choice
1 sm	handful of cornflakes, crushed

This is a great bread to make but the thing is it is baked in the microwave oven,and it has the same great taste as the oven version...Let me know what you think. Give it a try ...

Directions

Coat a greased loaf pan with corn flake crumbs.Put batter in pan and smooth it over. Dot with butter on top. Sprinkle cornflakes crumbs on top.Bake on medium heat for 9 minutes, then on high for 2 mins.longer... Let cool before removing from pan.

Silly question, but I'm taking it you have a glass loaf pan? Is that so?

I didn't know you could bake bread in the microwave. I saved this so I can try it, and will let you know how it comes out.

Thanks Penny for adding this to the group... Alisa & Donna, I do not have a glass loaf pan,but you can use a square glass pyrex dish instead if you do not have a loaf pan... enjoy
