Ingredients For mexican cornbread

  • 2 pkg
    jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can
    creamed corn
  • 1 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 4
    eggs,beaten
  • 1 can
    chopped green chilis
  • 1 1/3 c
    vegetable oil

How To Make mexican cornbread

  • 1
    Stir together all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 - 55 minutes.
