Jiffy Broccoli Cornbread

Love cornbread just about any way you fix it, but this is great its really moist.

Ingredients

2 box
small boxes cornbead mix
1 1/2 stick
butter, melted
1 small
onion, finely chopped
5
eggs, use 5 whites and 2 yolks
2 c
cottage cheese
1 pkg
frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz.)

Step-By-Step

1Mix all together with spoon. Pour into large greased baking dish. Or 2 8 x 8 dishes
2Bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
