My Granny had a personal recipe she used for cornbread. It's specifically used for the cornbread dressing we make every Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

1 c
corn meal
4 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
flour
1
egg
1 Tbsp
wesson oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix everything together and pour into a greased pan. Bake at 300-350 until it is brown on top.
