Still doing the diet thing. since Breads are allowed I thought it would be even better with some healthy things in it. This is what I came up with.

would make great toast

Ingredients

3 large
bananas, mashed
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
honey
1 c
any healthy oil (i used grapeseed oil)
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
almond extract
3/4 c
oats, quick cooking
3 c
flour (i used spelt)
2 tsp
baking podwer
1 tsp
salt
1/2 c
sunflower seeds
1/2 c
pumpkin seeds
1/4 c
sesame seeds
1/4 c
granulated bee pollen

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray and flour 2 loaf pans and set aside
2In a large bowl Mash bananas. Add oil, honey, sugar, vanilla and almond extract. beat well. combine all the dry ingredients together (Minus seeds) and mix well. fold in seeds.
3divide between the two pans and bake 45-50 minutes until done.
4Healthier french toast.

2 slices banana seeded bread.
1 egg
1 tsp water or milk
Pam

Make as you would french toast except use a no stick pan and either lightly spray or do what I do just cook without spray.

I lightly butter it and use no syrup.
