Grandmom Elaine's Corn Fritters

2 - 14oz.
cream style corn
Heat oil in a large fry pan.
Mix together all ingredients.
Spoon very heaping tablespoonfuls of batter into hot oil, 4 or 5 at a time. Flatten slightly with the spoon.
Fry until golden brown on the bottom; flip over. Repeat.
Drain on paper towel lined plate.
Serve with butter, salt & pepper; or butter & pancake syrup; or just enjoy them plain. :)
