- cream style corn
- 3 1/2 c
- 2 tsp
- baking powder
- salt & pepper
- 3/4 c
1Heat oil in a large fry pan.
2Mix together all ingredients.
3Spoon very heaping tablespoonfuls of batter into hot oil, 4 or 5 at a time. Flatten slightly with the spoon.
4Fry until golden brown on the bottom; flip over. Repeat.
5Drain on paper towel lined plate.
6Serve with butter, salt & pepper; or butter & pancake syrup; or just enjoy them plain. :)
