These pancakes are my son's favorite, he calls them rollie pancakes and his best friend calls them pancake burritos, I just call them melt-in-your mouth delicious, similar to crepes but better.

Ingredients For french pancakes

1 1/2 cflour

3/4salt
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
4 Tbsppowdered sugar

4eggs
-
1 1/2 cmilk
-
2/3 cwater
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
sour cream
-
butter
-
jam
-
fresh fruit
-
powdered sugar
How To Make french pancakes

1Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar into large bowl.

2Beat eggs, add milk, water and vanilla to eggs and beat together.

3Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the liquids. Mix lightly, ignoring lumps.

4Pour onto a hot griddle for large, thin pancakes. flip when bubbly.

5Serve with bowls of sour cream, butter, jam, brown sugar and fresh fruit. Roll pancakes up around these items and sprinkle powdered sugar over them.
