butter, softened
1 c
sugar

eggs
2 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
sour cream
1 1/2 c
craisins , sweetened diced cranberies
2 1/2 c
flour
1/2 tsp
baking powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 8 1/2 x 4 1/4 x 2-inch loaf pan. Using an eclectric mixer, beat butter and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl, until light and fluffly. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream, mixing thoroughly . Mix in dried cranberries. Combine flour and baking powder in a seperate bowl. Gradually add to cranberry mixture, mixing well.

Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of cake comes out clean. Remove from pan, let cool completely on a wire rack.
Makes 1 loaf
