yellow cornmeal
3/4 c
flour
3 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 stick
butter
1 c
milk
2 large
eggs

Directions Step-By-Step

BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A MIXING BOWL AND MIX THOROUGHLY (WITH WHISK OR MIXER).

IF MIX IS TOO WATERY ADD A LITTLE MORE CORNMEAL.

POUR INTO A RECTANGULAR BAKING DISH. BAKE AT 375. BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND BREAD SHRINKS AWAY FROM SIDES OF BAKING DISH.
