Ingredients

1 c
corn meal mix (i prefer aunt jemima buttermilk)
1
egg
1 c
canned cream style corn (we have small cans that are perfect)
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
chopped onion
2 Tbsp
oil

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 8x8 pan or a preheated cast iron skillet.

3Bake for 25 minutes or until light golden brown.

4Also good with a can of chopped green chilies added to the mix.
