This is good for family members who only want "white" bread. Very yummy and with more whole grain.

Ingredients

3/4 c
warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp
active dry yeast
1 tsp
sugar
1 Tbsp
coconut oil (or whatever you prefer)

MIX TOGETHER AND LET STAND ABOUT 10 MINUTES THEN ADD THE FOLLOWING:

1/3 c
honey or sugar
1
scant tablespoon salt
1 1/2 c
warm water or warm milk
3 c
barley flour
3 c
all purpose flour

Step-By-Step

1MIX WELL AND KNEAD FOR A MINUTE OR 2, NOT TOO MUCH. LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE. SHAPE INTO LOAVES AND LET RISE AGAIN. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE
