Recipe courtesy of Paula's Home Cooking. This is one of my favorites, not only because I like them, but because, the first time these were made in my home, my grandson, Austin, was here and wanted to help. For the longest time, everytime Austin would come over, he wanted to make"our muffins". It's now a tradition. Thank you Paula Deen for a simple yet delicious recipe that is family friendly.
