butter, room temperature
55 g
white flour

white eggs,beated until snowy, soft
70 g
almonds, chopped
144 g
confectioners' sugar
some butter to grease
some sugar to sprinkle

Step-By-Step

1Derreta a manteiga até obter um tom dourado e

Melt the butter and drop it still hot over the beated eggs white,adding the almonds,the sugar and the flour.Pour in the muffins baking sheets and bake until golden.

2Take them out,wait for getting colder.Finally sprinkle with some sugar.
3It can be served with ice cream and/or whipped cream...HEAVENLY!!!!!!!!!!
