Ingredients

2 c
all purpose flour
3/4 c
cornmeal
2 tsp
baking powder
2 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
1.75 c
milk
1
egg, beaten
1/2 lb
bulk pork sausage

Step-By-Step

1Combine first 5 ingredients.
2Mix in rest of ingredients.
3Spoon batter into greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full.
4Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
