Sift the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, baking powder) and make a wellDilute the rice with milk, butter, and egg yolks, stirring to incorporate, then pour into the well in the dry ingredients and combine allFold in the three egg whites beaten stiffBake in muffin tins at 375 F until done (probably about 10-12 minutes or so, I would guess -- you will have to test the first batch and record the time for future reference)
