3/4 c
flour
3/4+3Tbls c
bran flakes
1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1/2 c
raisins
1
unpeeled navel oranges, cut into eighths
1/2 c
orange juice
1/2 c
molasses
1
egg
1/4 c
margarine, melted

Directions Step-By-Step

COMBINE THE FLOUR, BRAN, SUGAR, BAKING SODA, BAKING POWDER, CINNAMON, & RAISINS IN A BOWL AND MIX WELL. PUREE THE ORANGE PIECES AND ORANGE JUICE. ADD THE MOLASSES, EGG & MARGARINE & BLEND UNTIL WELL MIXED.
ADD TO THE DRY INGREDIENTS & STIR JUST UNTIL MIXED. SPOON INTO GREASED MUFFIN CUPS. BAKE AT 425 *15 MIN OR TOOTH PICK INSERTED INTO MUFFIN TEST DONE COOL IN PAN 10 MIN MOVE TO WIRE RACK TO COOL COMPLETELY OR EAT WARM
