1 1/2 cwhole wheat flour

1 coatmeal

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspbaking soda

1 cwalnuts

2eggs, beaten

1 cbuttermilk or 3/4 cup whole milk

3/4 capplesauce

1/3 cbutter, melted

3/4 ccanned whole cranberries
How To Make norwegian apple muffins

1Combine brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, spices, soda, baking powder, and nuts in a large bowl.

2Mix eggs, milk, applesauce, melted butter, and cranberries together.

3Pour egg mixture into well in center of dry ingredients and mix quickly. Fill muffin pans three-quarters full and bake.

4Bake at 375 degrees 20 minutes.
