1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 call purpose flour

1 cpecans, finely chopped

2/3 cbutter, melted

2 lgeggs, beaten
How To Make mini pecan pie muffins

1Combine sugar, flour and pecans in a mixing bowl; set aside.

2Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk to combine. Add melted butter to the eggs and mix well. Stir into the flour mixture until just moistened.

3Spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until muffins are lightly brown. Delicious!
