JORDAN MARSH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
butter, room temperature
all purpose flour
2 1/2 c
sugar for tops
1Preheat oven: 375 degrees..... Grease muffin tins; set aside.
In large bowl cream butter & eggs until fluffy. Beat in eggs 1 at a time.
2Stir together flour, baking powder, & salt AND add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
Stir in vanilla. Fold blueberries into batter gently & then spoon into prepared pans.
Sprinkle with sugar.
3Bake for 30 minutes.....Let cool in pans 5 minutes before removing.
