Ingredients

1 c
granola
11/2 c
quick cooking oats
1/3 c
almonds, chopped
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 c
milk
2
eggs
1/4 c
honey
1 tsp
vanilla
1 c
frozen mixed berries

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper baking cups in regular muffin tin.
2In a bowl, combine granola, oats, almonds, baking powder and cinnamon.
3In another bowl, whisk together, milk, eggs, honey and vanilla. Add to oat mixture and stir to combine.
4Fill muffin cups; top with berries.
5Bake for 25 minutes, or until set. Cool about 30 minutes before removing from pan.
6Enjoy!
