1 1/2 call-bran cereal

3/4 stickbutter, melted

1/4 csugar

2 Tbspmolasses

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 1/4 cself-rising flour

How To Make good for you bran muffins

1Preheat oven to 375

2In a bowl, pour the milk over the bran cereal and let it soak for 20 minutes

3Add the melted butter, egg, sugar, and molasses. Mix well

4Add the baking soda to the flour then mix it with the liquid ingredients.

5Stir in the raisins. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake
