Found this recipe a few weeks ago in a BIG stack of "cut-out, save to try later" recipes. I have no idea where I got it, but I think I've had it a long time. Why, oh why did I wait so long? My husband and son both love them and I make them at least once a week. Super simple and sooo good.

Note: I believe the recipe called for low-fat sour cream and that's what I used the first time I made them. Now I use whatever I have in the fridge. It's all good. :)
