1 cbutter, softened

1 pkg8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 csugar

4eggs
-
1 1/2 tspvanilla

2 call purpose flour

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

2 cfresh or frozen cranberries

1/2 cchopped pecans

2 cpowdered sugar

3 Tbspmilk
How To Make cream cheese cranberry muffins

1Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened. Fold in cranberries and pecans.

2Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the muffins comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

3Combine confectioners' sugar and milk; drizzle over muffins.
