Ingredients

1 box
jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 box
yellow or butter cake mix
1 stick
butter, softened
3
eggs
1/3 c
milk
1/2 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Wisk until everything is incorporated but be careful not to over mix.

3Spray a muffin tin with butter flavor cooking spray or line with paper liners.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 25-27 minutes.
