Ingredients For corn bread

1 ccorn meal

1/2 csugar

1 cmilk
-
2 mdeggs

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cbutter, room temperature

1 call purpose flour
-
1/3 ccake flour

1 tspsalt
-
2 1/2 Tbspbaking powder
How To Make corn bread

1Set Oven to 350. Cream Butter and add sugar.

2Mix corn meal, milk, eggs and vanilla together in a bowl. Sift Flours, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl

3Add dry ingredients to the creamed butter mixture alternately with wet mixture in thirds till just blended. Spoon into foil cupcake cups. You can also butter a 8in square pan. bake for 30 min in cupcake form and 45 min in pan form.

4High Altitudes you may want to add an extra egg and bake at 400.
