I was baking a cake and had some batter left over and decided to make some muffins. I used the batter , coconut and some pecans. They were delicious!!

Ingredients For coconut pecan muffins

1 box of yellow cake mix

2 cups coconut

2 cups half pecans

cinnomon
How To Make coconut pecan muffins

1Mix cake mix according to directions on box

2add coconut, pecans Mix well. Spoon into muffin pan

3Sprinkle top with cinnomon Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 mins or until they look done. enjoy!!!
