Cheddar Biscuit Cups
These are a cross between a biscuit and a muffin. They look like a muffin and taste like a biscuit. Low fat and very good.
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 6 muffin cups with cooking spray, or line with cupcake liners.
2In a small bowl, combine flour and cheese; stir in milk and mayo.
3Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
