found this on the internet and had to try it. some liked it, others did not. but they are moist and a keeper in my book

eggs
1 c
oil
2 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
vanilla yep, one tbs
2 c
cantelope puree
3 c
flour
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
soda
3/4 tsp
baking powder
2 tsp
nutmeg
sugar for dusting the tops

Directions Step-By-Step

1
blend all the wet ingredients. blend all the dry ingredinets. combine the two until just blended. put into greased muffing tins. sprinkle sugar on top and bake at 350 until done. time depends on regular or king size muffin tins.
