Ingredients For butterscotch muffins

2 call purpose flour
-
1 csugar
-
1 box(3.4 oz) instant butterscotch pudding mix

1 box(3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 cwater
-
4eggs
-
3/4 ccanola oil
-
1 tspvanilla extract
- FOR THE TOPPING:

2/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cchopped pecans
-
2 tspcinnamon
How To Make butterscotch muffins

1In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pudding mixes, baking powder and salt.

2Combine the water, eggs, canola oil and vanilla, stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened.

3Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.

4Combine the topping ingredients, sprinkle over batter.

5Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans.
