- 1 1/4 c old fashioned oats - uncooked 1 1/4 c all purpose flour or wheat flour 1/3 c raw sugar 1 t baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 c milk 1 egg 1/4 c vegetable oil or applesauce 3/4 c fresh blueberries 2 t sugar 2 tsp cinnamon
1Preheat oven to 425
line the muffin cups with paper liners.
Mix all ingredients and fold in the blueberries.
Sprinkle the tops with the sugar and cinnamon
Bake 20-25 min and serve warm or cold.
