    all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c
    old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    biscoff spread
  • 1/4 c
    buttermilk
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1
    granny smith apple, diced
  • FOR THE CINNAMON STREUSEL
  • 2 Tbsp
    all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp
    turbinado sugar
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make biscoff apple muffins

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 12-cup standard muffin tin with paper liners; set aside. To make the streusel topping, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, coconut oil and vanilla in a small bowl; set aside. In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

    In a large glass measuring cup or another bowl, whisk together Biscoff Spread, buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla. Pour mixture over dry ingredients and stir using a rubber spatula just until moist. Add apple and gently toss to combine.
